Our Vision
Vision Beyond the Ordinary
To provide eyecare that goes beyond simply seeing clearly.
We combine clinical excellence, genuine personal care and exceptional eyewear to help every patient see, feel and live with confidence.
Because seeing well is only the beginning.
We want to help people see, feel and live beyond the ordinary.
Our Team
Aldrich Concepcion
Principal Optometrist
Aldrich completed his Master of Clinical Optometry at UNSW and has experience across both corporate and independent optometry, including clinical training in Australia and New York.
He has particular interests in children’s vision, behavioural optometry, myopia management, contact lenses, dry eye and ocular disease.
Aldrich is passionate about taking the time to understand each patient, providing thorough clinical care and helping people find eyewear that complements their individual style.
His philosophy is simple: listen, be thorough and treat every patient as a person, not an appointment.
Our Story
Elevate Eyecare was born from a desire to bring the heart back into optometry.
After years in both corporate and independent practice, I discovered what I valued most — building genuine relationships with patients, caring for families and helping children reach their full visual potential.
Along the way, I developed a love for beautifully crafted eyewear and independent design from around the world.
Together with my wife, we created Elevate Eyecare to bring these passions together: exceptional eyecare, genuine relationships and eyewear with individuality.
We’re proud to call Meadowbank home and look forward to caring for this community for years to come.
